A FAC course bundle is a discounted package of multiple facial aesthetics training courses, designed to support structured, progressive learning. Bundles offer excellent value compared to booking courses individually.
What am I purchasing when I buy a course bundle?
When you purchase a FAC course bundle, you are purchasing entitlement to attend the specific courses listed within that bundle at a discounted rate. Each course is a standalone accredited training day and must be completed in full to receive individual certification.
How do I choose and confirm my course dates?
After purchasing your bundle, choose from the available dates on our course calendar and contact FAC with your preferred dates. FAC will confirm availability and your bookings. Courses are not automatically scheduled or reserved when you purchase a bundle. Book early: places are subject to availability and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
How long is my course bundle valid for?
Courses within your Course Bundle must be completed within the following timeframe from date of purchase:
- Foundation & Masterclass Bundle (with one Masterclass included) - within 12 months
- Foundation & Masterclass Bundle (with two Masterclasses included) - within 18 months
- Level 2 Masterclass Bundle - within 18 months
- Level 2 & 3 Masterclass Bundle - within 24 months
- Career Launch Bundle - within 24 months
- Complete Practitioner Bundle - within 36 months
This timeframe allows for:
- Sufficient flexibility for work and personal commitments
- Ensures training remains current and clinically relevant
- Enables continuity of learning and skill progression
What happens if I do not book my courses in time?
Failure to book courses within the validity period does not constitute grounds for refund or extension. We strongly recommend booking course dates as early as possible following purchase.
What happens if I miss a booked course date?
If you fail to attend a booked course for any reason, including late arrival or non-attendance, that course will be forfeited and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
Requests to change dates must be made in advance and are subject to availability and administrative fees.
Can my bundle be extended if my circumstances change?
Extensions are considered only in exceptional circumstances, such as serious illness or maternity/paternity leave, and are granted solely at the discretion of Facial Aesthetic Courses. Extensions are not guaranteed and may incur an administrative fee.
Are course bundles refundable or transferable?
No. Course bundles are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased. Individual courses within a bundle cannot be separated, exchanged, or refunded.
Is e-learning included?
Yes. Every hands-on course includes comprehensive pre-course e-learning to ensure you feel prepared and confident on the practical training day.
Is completion of e-learning mandatory for bundle courses?
Yes. All required e-learning must be completed prior to attending each practical training day. Failure to complete e-learning may result in refusal of attendance and forfeiture of that course, without refund.
